The Nanny Diary
Welcome to The Nanny Diary's Tradespace
First printed in 1995, The Nanny Diary provides an invaluable aid to communication between parent and nanny, or simply a written form of tracking and remembering the changes in the child as they develop.
It is an A4 size any year diary, allowing a page a day to write the things important to you, in as much detail as you want regarding the child, from important friends, what they have eaten, groups they attend, etc.
The front of the diary is allocated for the essential names and addresses the parent or nanny may require, such as doctor's, dentists, parent's work telephone numbers and so on. No longer are there excuses to forget friend's birthdays or to not be aware of whom the current best friend is!
As a working tool, it can show how the nanny has occupied the child within the day, with room for the parent's and nanny's comments and suggestions. A space for babysitting requirements helps to prevent disagreements over whether this was previously agreed or not.
At the beginning of each month, there is an area to note goals for the following weeks.
